Everything you will hear on this disc is the result of a short but intense collaboration: Germaine travelled from Heerlen in the Netherlands to the East Bohemian city of Pardubice to work with the Prague Quiet Music Collective for a week, improvising and rehearsing her music and two pieces by Ian Mikyska. A shared understanding and smooth sailing. Sounds between pitches and noise. Gentle gestures. Slow time in a slow city. Many thanks to Zdeněk Závodný and Divadlo 29 for the residency.
